We consider investment strategies across the private equity and private credit asset classes. Our focus is on private equity funds in need of strategic institutional capital. Although we are primarily focused on emerging managers (Funds I, II or III), we also consider more established managers seeking seed, sponsorship or strategic GP level capital.

Small To Medium Sized Fund Managers – We focus on small to medium-sized private equity managers, with underlying funds typically targeting at least $200 million in capital commitments.

Diversified Investment Strategies – We pursue a broad range of strategies including buyouts, growth equity, mezzanine, direct lending, distressed, infrastructure, secondaries, and real estate.

North America and Western Europe – We invest predominantly in managers with a focus on North America and Western Europe.
